Exceptions to the above rate tables:
During Christmas season (December 18 - January 1) our rates are $600.00 per night with a six night minimum.

Deposits and Cancellations
Bookings
10% non-refundable deposit will hold your booking until six months prior to your booking date at which point and additional 15% non-refundable deposit is due.
The 25% non-refundable deposit will hold your booking until two months prior to your booking date.
Final non-refundablepayment is due 2 months prior to arrival.
Your final payment is also non-refundable.
